The Center for the Advancement of Garment Making Presents:
The Sustainable Leadership Masterclass
Creating fashion leadership that channels the same energy and creativity poured into the design of a garment into designing business models characterized by their beauty, ethics and ability to create net-positive impact.
Sustainability is not a trend; it is a revolution and we need all hands on deck.
The Sustainable Leadership Masterclass will equip you with the knowledge you need to envision, think, design, communicate and embed real solutions in your current role, as an entrepreneur or a consultant.
Caroline Priebe, founder of The Center for the Advancement of Garment Making, has persisted for 20 years in the sustainability space as designer, entrepreneur, educator and consultant. The collapse of the fashion industry due to Covid-19 paired with the urgency to address an industry whose ugliness has been exposed, made her realize there has never been a more important time to mentor a new generation of expert leaders.
The fashion industry’s predominant business model depends on infinite growth, non-renewable natural resources, exploitation of labor, consolidation of wealth, waste creation, water pollution and excessive GHG emissions that contribute to climate change. This is a design flaw.
We can do better.
We will design new fashion business models .

“Caroline is a pioneer in sustainability. For the last 20 years she has been an advisor and leader to brands globally. Her expertise spans across design, production, and business modeling all focused on creating an ethical and thoughtful product. Caroline has an empathic ability to hone in on the core needs of her clients and blends values, design and strategy.”
